Insisting on what should be kept is a result of helplessness; insisting on what should not be kept is a sign of incompetence; letting go of what should be kept is ignorance; and letting go of what should not be kept is a form of stubbornness.
At times, when feeling sorrow, one constantly tells oneself: don't cry yet, just hold it in. There is work to do, errands to run, and dinner with parents to attend. One can cry after returning home and closing the door. So, one takes a difficult deep breath, as if forcibly pushing the tears back into the heart, maintaining a normal expression while rushing around, staying busy, socializing, and smiling.
Life often jokes with us: the more you expect something, the further it moves away; the more you cling to someone, the deeper the hurt they may cause. Therefore, do not expect too much from things, and do not be too attached to what you maintain. Learn to let go of unrealistic expectations and unfruitful attachments. Gains and losses are uncertain, and nothing can be retained forever. Only the joy and happiness of the present moment are real.
Everyone has weaknesses. People who like to use their superiors' weaknesses as topics for ridicule or targets for attack will certainly have no future.
Treat others with sincerity, enthusiasm, and politeness.
