Youth is a poem, with eternal verses revealing the longing for ideals. Youth is a painting, depicting future visions with vibrant colors. Youth is a song, with rhythmic beats dancing the notes of the times. Everyone possesses youth: for those who will have it, it is hope; for those who once had it, it is nostalgia; for those who have it now, it is wealth.
— Epigraph
Gazing at the surging sea, my heart overflows with youthful passion. I freely declare my statement on youth:
Youth is like fire, magnificent and dynamic, intense yet calm.
Youth is like a song, melodious and warm, vast yet profound.
Youth is like a dream, elusive and fleeting, full of ideals and inspiring admiration.
Because we possess youth, we carry confidence and the innate drive to pursue our ideals persistently. We always tell ourselves that even if we fall ten times, we must have the grace to stand up ten times, not letting tears blur our poetic lines.
Youth is fair to those who hold it. In everyone's youth, as long as we cherish and enrich it, we will surely accomplish great things, allowing youth to remain forever in our hearts. If we are mediocre, youth will quietly slip away with time. Chernyshevsky once said, “A person not inspired by the passion of devotion will never do anything great.” Time should not be wasted, nor youth squandered. To realize the value of life, I am willing to dedicate my precious youth to the new century.
“Let passion’s lightning illuminate the spirit; let dreams dance out a bold self; let innocence smile out the winter sun; let time fly into eternal flowers.”
