A clean and tidy heart makes those who dwell within feel comfortable. Adults may find the wind troublesome, worrying about messy hair or the cold, while children find joy in it, watching their little pinwheels spin or preparing to fly kites. Do not be a boring person, do not make decisions while angry, and do not eat things that are bad for your body. If I were not so stubborn, I would tell everyone who cares about me how exhausted I am. Rather than striving for a better life, it is better to strive for a meaningful existence. Your kindness to others is like a piece of candy, gone once eaten; your meanness, however, is like a scar, potentially permanent. Control your emotions; do not let emotions control you. Do not become an emotional person whose mood swings wildly at the mere words of others. Do not reveal everything in your heart. This is your privacy and also your wealth, whether good or bad. Life is like flowers blooming and wilting, tides rising and falling. There are gains and losses, sorrows and joys. The unluckiest person is the one who always believes they have lost too much and is tormented by this notion. Adjust your mindset like a ship adjusting its sails; only with the right mindset can happiness appreciate in value. In life, the problem itself is never the issue; how you deal with it is the real problem.
