In life, it is inevitable that we feel sorrow and distress over unpleasant events. In such moments, we should not suppress negative emotions but instead find proper ways to release them promptly, thereby maintaining psychological balance.
Finding a simple reason for happiness allows us to forget minor troubles in life, making existence simple and joyful. Letting go of hatred keeps it at bay. When the mind is no longer clouded by resentment and all things fade like passing clouds, one feels entirely light and at ease. Forgiving others is also a way of freeing ourselves.
Life is unpredictable, and events are hard to foresee. When we face what happens around us, if we can see through and understand it, we should live happily, do what we wish to do, leave few regrets, and not live for the eyes of others. We need to frequently adjust our mindset and cultivate our inner state to muster the strength to bear heavier burdens. Gains and losses are uncertain; we must live and grasp life with sincerity, and savor it with genuine emotion. In the fleeting journey of life, no one can hold onto eternity, and not everything can go as planned. Laughter and tears are up to us; sorrow and joy are our own decisions. Gaining does not necessarily mean permanent possession, and losing is not necessarily not a form of gaining. As long as we have no regrets, that is enough.
