Do not give up easily. Life often plays jokes on us, big or small, without warning, making us realize that we have truly grown up. Everyone encounters difficulties or injustice, but this should not be a reason to show vulnerability and invite ridicule or worry from others. No matter the circumstances, we must still live optimistically. Just smile; it is really nothing to be alarmed about.
If one is overly calculating and nitpicky in youth, such excessive mental strain may lead to cognitive decline or even dementia in old age. Thinking too much and too hard can wear down the mind. Stop calculating, for human plans are no match for fate. Life is actually simple: "Do good deeds, and do not ask about the future." Be more tolerant, have greater magnanimity, and even accept some disadvantages; these are actually blessings.
Pain and illness are often merely symptoms, not the root cause. First, heal your soul, and physical ailments will naturally resolve themselves.
Our own selves are the greatest problem; therefore, whatever we encounter becomes a problem. It is as if we are the carriers of the disease ourselves, yet we keep asking who infected us.
