When the sunset falls, there is no sadness, no reluctance, no helplessness, nor loneliness. That faint light witnesses its existence and value. In the daily cycle, from beginning to end, there are no worries, no deliberations about where to go, and no anxiety over gains and losses. Walking through the silent sunset, shouldn't we be the same? “The sunset is infinitely beautiful, but it is near dusk.” We often artificially add a tinge of sorrow to the sunset, sometimes feeling a touch of melancholy or loneliness, occasionally sighing or daydreaming. However, the afterglow of the sunset will soon fade. Upon reflection, the sunset does not need our pity. Our baseless compassion has nothing to do with the sunset. If the sunset were aware, it would likely feel a bit innocent, shrugging its shoulders helplessly.
Those who do bad deeds suffer the most from the consequences. It is like a bee stinging someone; the bee itself is harmed even more, for it loses its sting and strength forever. There are rare moments in life where a decision, once made, has a lasting impact. At such critical moments, one should have the courage to express approval or opposition.
Your thoughts determine your choices, and your choices determine your life. Although we may not be the descendants of nobles, through our efforts, we can become the ancestors of nobles. Every win and loss is an accident and inevitability of life experience. As long as you boldly choose the distance, you inevitably choose the possibility of both victory and defeat. The key to life is this: as long as you act, both winning and losing are splendid. Effort brings beauty, and struggle creates the future.
A tomorrow that cannot be converted into today is the end of your life.
If I had sufficient funds, I would be happy to fly to Mars. I hope to realize this dream, even if it means I cannot return to Earth.
