In this life, many things are of paramount importance, such as our worth and our honor. However, many things that threaten our peace of mind and happiness are actually not that significant, or perhaps not as critical as we perceive them to be. Jealousy is born of ignorance, and imitation is a form of self-destruction; whether in fortune or misfortune, we must remain the masters of our own destiny. The potential hidden within a person is infinite. No one else can know what they are capable of; if one does not take action to try, they will remain oblivious to their own capabilities forever.
I have always believed that the most unreserved travel is a journey with no fixed destination and no return date. Following the lead of one's heart, it can be called a "solitary elopement." Just keep walking. Following the heart, traversing thousands of mountains and rivers, perhaps that is the true meaning of travel. Emerson once said: "There are three kinds of people who are never satisfied: the rich, who always dream of earning more; the sick, who always expect some change; and the traveler, who always says, 'Anywhere but here.'"
Attempting is the brave bird that soars into the sky when clouds obscure the sun; it is the small boat that moves forward bravely on the sea when waves rise. For the brave, attempting is a brand-new path in life; for the timid, it is a wall of iron. Does living together from birth to death constitute fate? No! From stranger to acquaintance, from reunion to parting, from love to resentment—these are all fate! The more one experiences separation, union, joy, and sorrow, the more entangled one becomes. The deeper the heart-wrenching pain and the indelible wounds, the deeper the fate!
Life is like a song, laden with the joy of harvest, warm and sweet, silently moistening my pure dreams. Through a journey of wind and rain, the music of life is pushed to its limit, eventually becoming a brilliant scenery in the picture of my life. If there is spring in the heart, the heart's flowers can bloom; if there is an ocean in the chest, the mind can be open; if there are good strategies in the belly, affairs can be handled skillfully; if there is spirit in the eyes, the gaze can be sharp; if there is strength in the arms, the punch can be heavy; if there is rhythm in the footsteps, the walk can be light.
