As we navigate the complex web of human society, we encounter all kinds of people. In this process, we often deeply sense our own insignificance, so small that we feel as if we are forgotten by the world. When the light fades and the sun no longer shines, the feeling of loneliness within us becomes particularly clear.
Life is finite. In a sense, we cannot extend the length of our lives to an ideal extreme, but what we can do is strive to improve the quality of this limited journey, making this brief trip through life more meaningful.
Whether glorious or lowly, the past is already history. Anything that belongs to the past has little relevance to our present lives. If we remain immersed in past circumstances, we lose hope for the future. Similarly, whether wonderful or terrible, the future has not yet arrived. Anything belonging to the future is unpredictable: perhaps the moment of ecstatic celebration brings hardship and misfortune, or perhaps the moment of terrified anxiety welcomes a beautiful situation. Only the "present," good or bad, is what we must face. When there is joy, savor it; when there are difficulties, solve them with heart; when there are opportunities, seize them well.
