Twilight quietly descended, shrouding the world's sole desolation in a plain veil.
The streetlamps beside the road emitted a dim yellow glow, mixed with the rich aroma from the coffee shop, filling this cold city with warmth. This scene quickly sketched the shape of youth in my mind — a short body, a long tail, fluttering like wings, yet reluctant to leave, making it hard to forget that familiar face.
Youth is sometimes the fading of a rose's red into the wound of grass and trees, leaving the initial beautiful love trapped on black tape, forgotten together with time. Occasionally, when reviewing the recordings of youth, it feels like a string of pink wind chimes hanging in the air, tinkling gently, forcing us to look back involuntarily at the sky where we once hid our laughter and joy. Sometimes, viscous tears flow as we bury the past youth, that beautiful girl, deeply.
A kerosene lamp still holds a faint glow, but a song has finished; a play has not yet ended, but a bond has reached its end…
Under the summer night sky, there is no invasion of cold moonlight, nor the sad accompaniment of scattered ice crystals and snow beads, yet one can still feel the slight coolness of the stream breeze.
